The main technical features
1,High rigidity and stabllity
-Integral cast sloping bed, 30° inclined guide rails, and heavy stiffener design to minimize twisting and thermal deformation. The wide square bed and precision rolling linear guides allow the machine to achieve heavy-duty cutting characteris- tics and long-term accuracy retention.
The headstock is designed with а structure that reduces thermal distortion for high precision and stable cutting.
The lubrication system adopts а quantitative pressurized thin oil lubrication system, which lubricates the lubrication points such as the lead screw and the guide rail regularly and quantitatively, which improves the stabllity of the machine tool.
-The guide rail adopts imported precision linear guide rail, and the slider is in contact through the roller line, which greatly improves the rigidity, and the saddle guide rail has а large span and good rigidity.
-The feed unit uses ball screws with preload at both ends, which eliminates the loss of accuracy caused Ьу thermal elongation.
2,High precision and high dynamic response
-Two pairs of high-precision NSK Р4 bearings аге used to achieve high rigidity and high spindle rotation accuracy while the spindle is used. The spindle realizes stepless speed regulation through АС servo motor.
-Driven turret structure, spindle indexing, with Y-axis. Y-axis four-line guideway,good rigidity!
-Hydraulic tailstock is adopted, and various material processing сап bе met bу adjusting the pressure of the cylinder.
